At Tinkki, we are committed to providing a magical and high-quality experience. Due to the nature of our AI-powered service, significant computational resources are used the moment you submit your order. These resources are a direct cost we incur for every generation.
Our Policy
- No Refunds After Processing: Once an order has been submitted and the AI image generation process has begun, we are unable to offer a refund. You are paying for the computational time and resources used to create your unique images.
- Content Filtering: If your dream job request is blocked by our content filtering system for being inappropriate or unsuitable for children, your order will be prevented from processing and no charges will be incurred. Our system provides helpful suggestions for appropriate alternatives when content is blocked.
- Exceptions: The only exception to this policy is in the case of a technical failure on our part where we are unable to deliver any images to you. If your order fails to generate and we cannot resolve the issue, a full refund will be issued.
- Dissatisfaction with Results: We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with the aesthetic results of the generated images. AI art is a variable process, and while we strive for the best possible outcome, the results are subjective. We provide examples on our homepage to give you a clear expectation of the style and quality of our work.
