This data is used solely to enhance our safety measures and is not associated with your personal information.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To Provide and Manage the Service: Your uploaded photos and child information are used exclusively to create the AI-generated dream job images you have ordered.
• To Process Payments: Your payment information is used by our payment processor, Stripe, to complete your transaction. We do not store your credit card details.
• To Communicate With You: We use your email address to deliver your final images and send important service-related notices.
• To Improve Our Services: We use aggregated, anonymized analytics data to understand how our users interact with our website and to make improvements.
• To Ensure Safety and Compliance: We use our content filtering system to automatically block inappropriate dream job requests and maintain a safe, family-friendly environment. Blocked requests are logged for monitoring and system improvement purposes.

4. Our Promise vs. Sub-processor Policies

Our Commitment on Our Systems: We will never use the photos you upload or the images we generate to train any of our own AI models. The data you provide is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your specific order.

Third-Party AI Providers: To generate the images, we must send your photos to our third-party AI sub-processors (e.g., Google, OpenAI). While these providers have enterprise-grade privacy policies stating they do not use such data for training their general models, we cannot control their internal data handling practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of our sub-processors for a full understanding.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Our Deletion Policy: We are committed to data minimization. All original photos you upload and the final AI-generated images are permanently deleted from our Tinkki systems and storage within 30 days of your order's creation.

Sub-processor Deletion Policy: We cannot guarantee the exact deletion timeline of our sub-processors. While their policies typically involve short retention periods for processing data, we do not have direct control over their systems.

6. Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers (our "sub-processors") to perform services for us. These include:
